baby goat.

i have been smooching on her nonstop. she doesn't seem to mind it too much. her activities include being super sweet and mellow all of the time, mostly sleeping and also making goat noises.
we have discovered that little lola joon thinks that she is a baby goat. i have to get a video clip of her making the goat neighing sound before she outgrows it next week.

i convinced cody to sit for a few pictures for me. not his favorite thing in the world. but i really love them. especially the last one.

i read somewhere that one of the best things you can do for your child is give them a sibling. we really hesitated having another baby. the 6 1/2 year gap wasn't intentional or preplanned, it just worked out that way. for along time we figured we were good as a family of 3 but we're so glad we changed our minds. i loved having so many brothers and sisters growing up and i especially love it now that we are all grown with kids of our own.

also, i have had a lot of people ask me about why i choose to have a natural birth and how it went and if i'd reccomend it. so i'll try to post about that as soon as i can.

Wow Julie, those pictures turned out amazing. Any particular filters you used in Photoshop or specifically how you got them?

Glad you were able to talk Cody into letting you take pictures with his sibling. They turned out great!

kami, kera introduced me to pioneerwomen.com she is an amaizing photographer who gives all kinds of tips on her website and she also offers 2 free sets of photoshop actions which i highly reccomend as long as you have a current edition of photshop. they are a blast to play with....

Julie, julie!! Those pics are so fantanstic and sweet. I'm happy you have 2. Now you're gonna want another one for Lola (; It's hard to stop. Even for me, who had 3 relatively close together and tends to be a control freak. Big fams are great and there's nothing more perfect than babies. I'm glad you're doing well. Can't wait to get up there and take pics!! When's your spring break, btw??

Julie, the pictures are beautiful! Cody is such a good big brother.
I would really like for you or Arah to come to the hospital when I have the baby to take pictures. You are both very talented.

Wow! I loved ALL of the pictures! You took those? You're really good!
siblings are important. Dom NEEDS a sibling so bad. He's so bored by himself.
